Star Cast :S alman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Parkash Raj, Arbaaz Khan, Deepak Dobriyal and Vinod Khanna
Producer : Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora Khan
Director : Arbaaz Khan
Writer : Dilip Shukla
Music : Sajid-Wajid
After the super success of 2010’s all time blockbuster Dabangg, Arbaaz Khan production is back with its gang to entertain the audience with the sequel to Dabangg (Dabangg 2).This time, Arbaaz Khan  is the captain of the ship (Director) for the film. Due to some differences with Salman and Arbaaz, Abhinav Singh Kashyap (who directed Dabangg) refused to do the sequel.

 SCRIPT
Dilip Shukla has penned the story, screenplay and dialogues for the film. He also written first installment of dabangg with his co-writer Abhinav Kashyap, but this time the magic of his pen didn’t work. Story looks a carbon copy of its prequel. Now Paandey Ji shifted to kanpur with his small but happy family. Paandey Ji created positive t impact on the people of Kanpur with his Personality and Behavior. But with the death of Bachcha Bhai’s younger bother, Gainda (Deepak Dobriyal), story takes turn with expected twist. Will Bachcha Bhai take revenge of his younger brother’s killing? It is all about the climax. Screenplay is quite better than the story. But there are some sense-less scenes are featured in the screenplay. Especially the forced relationship of father-son, doesn’t make much sense. Climax is also not well written. In climax, only Salman Khan’s six packs entertain the audience. Dialogues suits to every character. Especially, Salman Khan’s delivery made them iconic. Overall, Dilip Shukla’s script is below to the expectations.

 STAR PERFORMANCES
Salman Khan is good as super cop, Chulbul Paandey. He did much better in Dabangg 2 than his previous three performances (Ready, Bodyguard and Ek tha tiger). He has given typical Salman Khan performance in action sequences. Sonakshi Sinha played cute and romantic Rajjo. But she haven’t get much space in the story. Sonakshi performed well in some romantic scenes with his hubby Paandey Ji. Parkash Raj does well, but Dilip haven’t given him too much lines of villainism. He is not on top of the game in the film, which is the biggest drawback of the film. Deepak Dobriyal is Excellent as Gainda. Vinod Khanna did well as father of Chulbul Paandey. Arbaaz Khan impressed with his performance as Makhan Chand Paandey.  Mahie Gill did well in very short role. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Malaika Arora Khan stunned on silver screen with their classical moves in "Fevicol se" or "Paandey ji bajaaye seeti" respectively.

MUSIC
Sajid-Wajid has composed music for Dabangg 2. But this time, Sajid-Wajid duo failed to make chartbuster songs for dabangg 2. Their tunes are not very impressive. Only Paandey ji bajaaye seeti and fevicol se are good, but classes didn’t like these songs also. Dabangg Reloaded has also very lazy lyrics. Only "saanson se" song gives good and romantic touch to the film.

DIRECTION
Arbaaz Khan failed to impress the audience with his direction. His direction is not very mature. His bad narration style is the only reason that audience missed a lot the presence of Abhinav Kashyap as director. He has not given an equal chance to every actor to perform well.

BOX OFFICE PERDICTION
Dabangg 2 is last big budget film of 2012. Trade is expecting a lot from this film. According to trade analysis, Komal Nahta , film can easily break the non-holiday record of Rowdy Rathore, which is 15.1 crore rupees. But won’t be able to break the record of Ek Tha Tiger which is 32.92 crore rupees.

LAST WORD
If you are fan of Salman Khan and Masaala films, then don’t miss Dabangg 2.
